This is an easy and delicious side dish that goes so well with Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner! The combination of cheese, corn and french fried onions just can’t be beat!

You will need:
I can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 16 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1 8 ounce pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup french fried onions
- In a medium bowl, combine soup, milk and eggs with a fork or whisk. Stir in the corn, corn muffin mix, cheese, and 1/2 cup onions. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the mixture is hot and cooked through.
- Top with the remaining onions. Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
