This is an easy meal to prepare on school nights or the weekend because it’s done in the crock pot! One of my favorite ways to cook! 🙂
The chicken is so tender, it practically falls apart.
Servings: about 8
You will need:
8 skinless chicken breasts
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 small onion, diced
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 pkg cream cheese, softened and cut into small pieces
your choice of noodles, cooked
1. Place chicken, diced onion, minced garlic and chicken broth in the crock pot. Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix, and cook on high for 3 hours.
2. Drain off fat from cooked chicken mixture, reserving the broth in the crock pot. Stir in both cans of cream of chicken soup and add the package of cream cheese.
3. Cook on low for about an hour. Serve over your choice of cooked noodles.
