We are looking for people who are passionate about providing the best customer service around. You need to be a gamer and understand the lingo, etc.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
* De-escalations/retention experience
* Can Do attitude and upbeat personality
* An understanding of multiple racing, RPG, FPS games an gaming terminology
* Broad user of multiple gaming platforms
* Familiarity with social networking and latest ways to communicate (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Workspace requirements include:
* Private workspace where background noise can be minimized during work hours
* A desk and ergonomic chair that allows for proper installation of your technical equipment
* Own one of the two major gaming consoles (Xbox or Playstation)
* Internet service meeting minimum system requirements (2Mbps or better) from a reliable provider
* An analog phone line, from a reliable provider that can be dedicated to contact center calls
Here are the other particulars:
Pay is $10 per hour. 40 hours per week. They ask for some flexibility but they try to work with your schedule. Most schedules will be Monday through Friday with some possible overtime from time to time.
Timeline: We are building our pipeline now – next round of positions will not be out until mid July with around an August 19th start date.

You would be a Kelly employee and would be on a regular W2.
As far as benefits go:
We do have insurance available through a 3rd party company called Leslie Benefits. The nice thing about them is that they are ala carte – you can pick and choose what you want in a package so you are not locked into something that you don’t or won’t use. We do offer portable 401 (k) plans – they are non matching but they are portable so you can take them with you if and when you leave Kelly.
We offer service bonus and holiday pay. For holiday pay, you have to work 960 hours in the previous 26 weeks to qualify for it. Eligibility is for the major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and 4th of July. For the service bonus – if you work 1500 hours in a calendar year, you get 1% of your annualized salary that is paid out mid January of the following year. If you work 1800 hours – you get 2% of your annualized salary that is paid out mid January of the following year. The only other stipulation to that is that you have to work and be paid for at least 1 day in December to be eligible for the pay out.
You will also have access to continuing education through the Kelly Learning Center. There are literally thousands of classes offered through there and they range from things like stress management and how to do a budget to things like advanced Excel skills (including learning Pivot tables). There are a lot of technology focused classes on there as well. Most of the classes are web based and they are free.
