Do you love those Orange Dream icecream bars from Blue Bunny? Well so do I! Now you can make this delicious frosty treat at home that tastes just as good as those icecream bars. Nothing better on a hot summer day, and this gives me another excuse to play with my icecream maker!

This recipe will make about one quart, or a little more, of icecream.
You will need:
2 cups 2% milk
1 cup half & half
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
1. Combine 2% milk with sugar and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until mixture is chilled.
3. Pour mixture into freezer bowl of a one quart icecream maker and freeze for about 20 minutes. Icecream will have a soft serve consistency. Pour into an airtight container and freeze for about 2 hours for firmer icecream.
Serve in your favorite cone (or waffle bowl above) and garnish with mint if desired.
